I am so thrilled to be teaching at Canyon Rim Academy this year. I have previously taught in Utah County and have just relocated to the Salt Lake Valley. I was able to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from BYU. I hope to teach for many years to come.

I love traveling and while I was a child, my family and I moved around quite a bit. My father was in the military and I have been able to live in places such as Montana, Wisconsin, Maryland and California. I take pleasure in visiting the beach as much as possible and was able to visit it twice this summer. I also enjoy reading, swimming, biking, hiking, playing with my niece and nephew and learning.

I knew I wanted to be a teacher the first time I volunteered in a classroom. The day goes by quickly when learning is happening. I’m looking forward to a great year and can’t wait to meet you all!
